Proteomics Shared Resource

The Mayo Clinic Proteomics Core serves as the Proteomics Shared Resource for the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. This shared resource gives Cancer Center members access to a broad range of proteomics services, technologies and guidance to help them answer scientific questions. The Proteomics Core offers services and conducts research in the areas of mass spectrometry-based differential proteomics, peptide synthesis, protein and peptide purification, and protein identification, characterization and expression.
