Ongoing Research

Ongoing scientific and clinical research programs keep Mayo Clinic Cancer Center at the forefront of discovery and ensure that patients have access to the newest and most effective medical treatments. Mayo Clinic's atmosphere of collegiality and collaboration provides an ideal environment for clinical research, and the Immunology and Immunotherapy Program is one of the leading programs in the Center, pursuing cutting-edge research into ways to better understand the human immune system, and to use it to prevent or treat cancer.
