My research interests include critical care outcomes research; and development of innovative monitoring and training devices for the nonhospital environment.

My primary responsibilities includee management of the respiratory care service and the Anesthesiology Clinical Research Unit. In addition, I serve as secretary to the Mayo Clinic Critical Care Research Subcommittee.
