Pathology Research Core

The Mayo Clinic Pathology Research Core, formerly the Tissue and Cell Molecular Analysis Core, serves as a shared resource within the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. The Pathology Research Core offers histology, immunostaining and imaging services to support the basic, translational and epidemiological cancer research programs in the center.

Services available in the Pathology Research Core include preparation of histology slides for microscopy, tissue microarray construction, immunostaining, digital image capture and analysis, laser-capture microdissection, and preparation of tissues for nucleic acid or protein extraction.
