EDUCATION

The laboratory is actively involved in clinical and basic research education. There are 8 Ph.D. students and postdoctoral fellows training in the laboratory. There are also opportunities for clinical fellows, neurology residents, and medical students to carry out research rotations in this laboratory. Undergraduates study in the lab through the Mayo Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) Program. There are also limited opportunities for very talented high school students to conduct projects in the laboratory through the Mayo High School Mentorship Program.
