Thin Sectioning - Plastic embedded tissue can be sectioned for the electron microscope with thickness ranges from 60nm to 250nm
Thick Sectioning - Plastic embedded tissue can be sectioned for the light microscope with thickness ranges from 0.25µ to 2.0µ
- Standard stain used is toluidine blue
- Standard stains used are uranyl acetate and lead citrate
