The Activities of CENTER span from population-based research that utilizes the extensive resources of the Rochester Epidemiology Project, to clinical physiology, pharmacodynamics, diagnostics and trials in motility and functional gastrointestinal disorders. The group is part of Mayo?s Enteric Neuroscience Program, and a major initiative involves collaboration with basic scientists to establish translational research, including phenotype-genotype association studies, and pharmacogenomics.
