Three-dimensional reconstruction of a viscerofugal neuron with Dogiel type II morphology retrogradely labeled with DiI, imaged by confocal microscopy, volume reconstructed using ANALYZE software. Three dimensional volume reconstructed images were made of the neuron in a whole mount preparation of guinea pig distal colon.
