Overview

Quality control is a critical aspect of any experiment. In the Gene Expression Core (GEC), numerous assay-specific quality control metrics are monitored throughout each procedure. Laboratory equipment is calibrated on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance. To assess long-term performance in the GEC, assay-specific quality control parameters are tracked from one experiment to another.
