Genetics of Healthy Cognitive AgingIn this study, Mayo Clinic in Florida is collecting data on families who live long and remain cognitively normal. To be included in this study, a family must have one member age 85 or older who has a sibling age 80 or older, and both people must be tested and found to be cognitively normal. Further, these families must have no family history of dementia. To date, data has been collected on at least one family member from more than 500 families. |
