Policy:

It is the policy of Mayo Clinic's Office for Human Research Protection – Institutional Review Board (IRB) – to determine whether research under the jurisdiction of the IRB is being conducted in accordance with Federal regulations, state and local law, IRB policies and procedures, and Mayo Clinic's FWA, [1] and to take whatever actions are deemed necessary by the IRB if any such research is not being conducted in accordance with such requirements. 1, [2], [3], [4]
