While we try to keep our decision aids up-to-date, please contact the KER UNIT (through this form) to make sure you have the latest version, particularly if you are planning to use these clinically (in your practice, to support actual decisions). We have retained copyright and intellectual property of these materials and their use is under authorization of the KER UNIT. No decision aid replaces the conversation patients should have with their clinicians to make important clinical decisions. These decision aids were developed without any support from for-profit interests, including pharmaceutical and device companies. The information collected, included your email will not be disseminated or published. Use of these decision aids carries no liability to its developers or to the Mayo Foundation for Education and Research.
