The Mayo Clinic Urology O'Brien Center promotes interest in kidney stone research and the involvement of other researchers and clinicians in this field at Mayo Clinic and beyond via the following mechanisms:
Seminar Series
The Mayo Clinic Urology O'Brien Center sponsores a monthly seminar series focused on nephrolithiasis. This series serves as a forum to review ongoing research in the Center, as well as the latest research from outside the Center. Trainees in urology, nephrology and radiology are encouraged to attend the seminar series which occurs the first Orange Friday at 7AM in the Gonda 7 Seminar room.
