Conditional PIPKIγ knockout mouse

PIPKIγ will be conditionally knockout from mammary glands, endothelial cells, or epidermal tissue. These mice could be used to cross with cancer model mice to evaluate role of PIPKIγ in cancer progression. Or xenograft could be performed by implanting cancer cells into these PIPKIγ conditional knockout mice, and then their metastasis will be evaluated. PIPKIγ manipulated cancer cells could be implanted into different model mouse and the metastasis of these cells will be evaluated. In addition, wound healing model could be established and evaluated in these mice as well.
