Wound HealingWound healing encompasses inflammatory, proliferate, and maturation and remodeling phases. Cell adhesion, migration and polarization are essential for the regeneration of dermal and epidermal tissue. Angiogenesis occurs not only druing embryo development but wound healing. In this context, PIPKIγ and PI4,5P2 could participate in multiple phases of would healing. The station of PIPKIγ and PI4,5P2 in vascular biology hasn’t been established up to date. We propose that PIPKIγ plays an intriguing role in vasculogenesis and wound healing. Exploration of this field will be very fruitful and informative. |
