• Delivery of diagnostic/therapeutic peptides or proteins across the BBB or BNB into the nervous system for diagnosis/treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

FOCUS:

• Preclinical studies using transgenic mouse models of AD (APP and APP, PS1)
• Molecular targeting of Alzheimer’s amyloid plaque for contrast-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging
