All reservations will be determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Jr. Villa suite features a double occupancy bedroom, separate study, bath and a half balcony or patio. You are responsible for contacting the hotel directly with reservations and cancellations. There are a total of 120 rooms blocked for the conference. Confirm your reservation with the hotel directly NO LATER THAN MONDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2007, 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME. Identify yourself as a participant of the: "Oncolytic Viruses as Cancer Therapeutic Conference." Reservation requests made after February 12, 2007 will be accepted on a space-availability basis at normal hotel rates.

Welcome reception, breakfast, coffee breaks, and dinners, as well as a Farewell Banquet, are included in the registration fee. Lunch is on your own, either in the hotel (Red Horse Saloon, Mesquite Dining Room, Lariat Grille) or near by (5 mile drive) to Carefree.

You can enjoy a variety of activities including, onsite tennis, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, jeep tours, swimming in two heated pools or relaxing at the full service spa or shopping. Legend Trail Golf Club is only 10 minutes away. There are over 15 restaurants and nightlife option just minutes away from the resort.
