Physiological Imaging Research Laboratory (PIRL): Phenoscope-Archive of 3D Micro-CT Images

In the course of the NIH-funded micro-CT studies, a database of 3D images has been created. Our current and newly generated images are available to other investigators for use in their research endeavors.

While these images have always been available by contacting the lab on a one-on-one basis, this Web-based databank of representative images is intended to facilitate identifying images of interest, as well as facilitating access to those images.
