Overview

The purpose of this macro is to simplify graphical representation of original raw data obtained after multiweek monitoring of spontaneous murine activity. The macro is readable in version 7 or 8 of the software package Mathematica (Wolfram) on the Linux platform.

Original data sets are analyzed and graphically presented in three different ways:

• After application of Gaussian low-pass filters (various degrees of GB parameters)
• After polynomial fitting (quadratic, cubic, fourth, fifth or of a higher order)
• Bins

It is possible that the macro can be changed or adjusted to your needs. This macro is freely available for educational (non-commercial) use.
