Unique Regulation of Genes in Human Breast Cancer Cells by Estrogen Receptor Isoforms and Co-regulators

Together with Dr. Frank Secreto and Shamit Dutta, in collaboration with Dr. Jim Ingle, and funded by the Breast Cancer Foundation Grant, we are examining the roles of ER co-regulators and ER isoforms in the breast cancer responsiveness (including tumor resistance) to Tamoxifen therapy.
