SummaryAmylou Dueck joined the Mayo Clinic Division of Biomedical Statistics and Informatics in Rochester, Minnesota, as a lead statistician in 2005, after receiving a doctoral degree in mathematics with an emphasis in statistics from Arizona State University. In May 2007, she transferred to the Mayo Clinic Section of Biostatistics in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Dueck continues to collaborate closely with the faculty of the Division of Biomedical Statistics and Informatics at Mayo Clinic Rochester. Upon joining Mayo Clinic as a lead statistician, she has served as the primary statistician for the North Central Cancer Treatment Group (NCCTG) Breast Program, the NCCTG Cancer Control Program, and the Mayo Clinic Arizona Multi, Cancer, and Laboratory Discipline Oriented Groups. Her primary research interests include randomized phase II clinical trial designs, novel endpoints in symptom management and cancer treatment clinical trials, and analysis and interpretation issues of patient-reported outcomes.
