SummaryMy research interests are in statistical modeling motivated by scientific questions in multidisciplinary collaborations. Areas of active research include survival analysis, statistical genetics and genomics, genetics associations and gene-gene interactions, as well as data integration of multiple data types, and biological networks. I am the primary consulting statistician for the Department of Surgery research program and as such am involved in multiple ongoing research projects in lung, breast, and colon cancer; as well as comparison of surgical treatments and patient reported outcomes.
