Dr. Jaroszewski is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Surgeons, International Society for Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery and investigator for National Institutes of Health, National Cancer Institute and manuscript reviewer for the Annals of Thoracic Surgery, Innovations: Technology & Techniques in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery, Journal of Emergencies, Trauma and Shock.

Her many awards and recognitions include V. Johnson Scholarship for Outstanding Surgical Clinical Performance; Outstanding Performance in the Medicine Clerkship -University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio; Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation from AMWA; and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
