Mr. Pradip Kanjamala is a senior analyst programmer in the Division of Biomedical Informatics at Mayo Clinic, Rochester. His research interests are in the areas of knowledge representation, constraint databases and software engineering.

Currently he is working on projects associated with the Cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid (caBIG) and the National Center for Biomedical Ontologies (NCBO). He is working on converters that take different ontological formats and bring them into the LexGrid Model. He is also working on the BioPortal project for NCBO.
