Summary

My area of expertise involves treating patients with tumors in the spine, chest wall, pelvis and extremities. The majority of patients require a multidisciplinary approach to health care.

Our team works with other investigators to examine and refine best surgical oncology practices.

Specific areas of investigation include:

  • Sacrectomies, hemipelvectomies, and spinopelvic resections for advanced malignancies
  • Outcomes of treatment for primary bone and soft tissue sarcomas
  • Treatment of metastatic epidural spinal cord compression
  • Integration of adjuvant treatments (chemo- and radio therapy)into surgical oncology practice
