Summary

My primary research interests are in the areas of design of clinical trials in cancer and measuring agreements. Areas of active research include randomized phase II trials; meta-analyses; prognostic factor analyses; and clinical efficacy endpoint selections in phase II/III trials. I am the primary statistician for the neuro-oncology research, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and myeloid programs of the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. I am involved in multiple ongoing clinical trials and research grants in these areas.
