Dr. Bower is currently the Program Director for the Vascular Surgery Fellowship. He has a variety of clinical research interests and areas of expertise which include the following:

Complex open aortic reconstructions
Thoracoabdominal, paravisceral, pararenal, and infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms
Mesenteric and renal artery disease
Treatment of unusual arteriopathies, such as Takayasu's arteritis
Treatment of infected aortic grafts
Inferior vena cava replacement for malignant or benign conditions
Segmental arterial mediolysis
