Summary

My primary research interest is in the design and analysis of Phase I, Phase II and Phase III clinical trials in cancer. Areas of active research include adaptive dose-finding trial design, designs for biomarker validation, meta-analyses, and general statistical inference.

I am the primary statistican for the lung cancer research program, cancer prevention network, and the multiple myeloma program. I am involved in multiple clinical trials and research projects in these areas.
