My research interests include the following:

  • Epidemiology, extraarticular manifestations, and novel treatments of rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Pathophysiology and treatment of autoimmune inner ear disease.
  • History of medicine as it relates to rheumatoid arthritis.

Additionally, I work with the NIH-sponsored Vasculitis Clinical Research Consortium.
