Clinical Profile

Summary

My previous research interests involve mostly areas that affect coagulation and cardiac surgery. This includes pharmacologic and mechnical methods to reduce bleeding associated with cardiac surgery as well as the assessment of coagulation during cardiac surgery. I have been involved with studying ways to assess cerebral oxygenation and blood flow associated with cardiopulmonary bypass.
