Mission Statement

The Ultrasound Research Lab strives to advance ultrasound and acoustic sciences with the primary focus on developing new applications in medical and biological areas. Three pillars of the Ultrasound Research Lab are theoretical studies, experimentation, and clinical application development. To achieve our goals we utilize physics, biology, mathematics, engineering, and medical sciences.
